Call to confirm receiving times, vehicle access and current scheduling before coming to the shop.
Share the vehicle type, dimensions, operating condition and reason for service. Mention any derate, warning message or inability to drive so the visit and vehicle handoff can be discussed before you leave.
Confirm the appointment and arrival instructions for the actual vehicle, especially a commercial truck or larger equipment.
Dropping off a filter
Bring its part identification, vehicle or unit number and the reason it was removed. Include the repair-order number if a shop is sending it.
Tell us about known fluid contamination, damaged connections or loose parts before the handoff. Confirm who will authorize the work and collect the finished component.
Arranging transport
Provide the pickup and return addresses, component count, receiving contact and required return date. For shipping, agree on receiving details and packaging needs before dispatch.
Our shop is in Salt Lake City. If your fleet, repair shop or equipment is in Utah County or another area, send the actual pickup location and the service needed so transport and timing can be considered together.
